How it works
- Prepare your description and photos using the checklist below.
- Send an email to GCKiCz with the materials attached.
- An editor will review your submission and publish the material after obtaining your consent.
What to include in your email
- Title of the memory A short material title, e.g. "Primary school in the 1960s".
- Description or story A few sentences or a paragraph — what the materials show and why they matter.
- Author of the material Name of the person the memory is about or who holds the rights.
- Place and period Optional: village, building, decade (e.g. Gręboszów, 1970s).
- Photos as attachments At least one photo (JPEG or PNG). You may attach several files in one email.
- Description of each photo What is visible in the photo — this helps us write alt text for the website.
- Consent to publish State clearly that you consent to publication in the Virtual Museum of Gręboszów.
- Your contact details Email or phone — for verification only; not published without your consent.
Technical tips
- Photo formats: JPEG or PNG.
- If attachments are large, send several emails or share a cloud link (Google Drive, WeTransfer).
- For audio and video — describe them in the email; the editor will agree on how to transfer them.
