Tomb of the Bzowski family (classicism)

A tomb in the form of a Roman aedicule on two columns — an example of classicist funerary art.
In the parish cemetery in Gręboszów (founded around 1850) the tomb of the family has been preserved Janotów Bzowski — the last owners Gręboszowa — made in the spirit of classicism. It has the form of Roman aedicule supported by four Doric columns, closed with a triangular gable (PTTK Małopolska).
On the main avenue of the cemetery there are also two figures-pillars with inscriptions and dates 1759 and 1760 (separate page). The Bzowski tombstone stands out against the stone graves from the nineteenth century and reminds us of the the family's relationship with the reconstruction of the palace in Borusowa at the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
