Neo-Baroque altars of the church in Gręboszów

Five neo-Baroque altars from the second half of the nineteenth or the beginning of the twentieth century — including the painting of Our Lady of the Snows.
The interior of the church in Gręboszów is decorated with five neo-Baroque altars from the second half of the nineteenth century or the beginning of the twentieth century. In the main altar there is a painting of the Virgin Mary with the Child in the type of Our Lady of the Snows from the seventeenth century, surrounded by local cult.
In the side altars, paintings of St. Anna of Samotrzeć from the seventeenth century and St. Joseph from the eighteenth century have been preserved — a testimony to the centuries-old continuity of worship in the parish. In the altar of St. Anne (southern aisle, 1863) Bojko mentioned the monument of Count Wodzicki — see the engraving in [Krouszyny z Gremboszowa] (/exhibits/crumble-gremboszowa-1911/). He also describes the history of the altars and the statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary made of the Pinczów stone — the works of L. Otowski — and the plaque of Count Wodzicki (1803).
